Bishopbriggs is situated just north of Springburn in Glasgow. The Bowling Club is very close to Bishopbriggs Cross, and easily reached by bus or train. On-street parking can be a little difficult near the club, however a space can usually be found.
The club was founded in 1906, and continues to thrive, with a current membership of about 140 ladies and gents.
Membership enquiries are very welcome. Generous discounts on membership fees for new members. We will be pleased to have you join us, whether you are an experienced bowler or a novice.
Most Saturday afternoons if there are no pre-arranged events we have a Mixed Social Game to which all members are welcome to bring relatives and friends. Bowls can be supplied, and all that is needed is a pair of flat-soled shoes. We meet at 1.40 pm to allow for drawing of teams, and play from 2.00 pm to about 4.00 pm. The bar is open for refreshments.
